Every plan on sale, what each includes, and which one this account is on. The prices come from the plans table and are returned rather than hardcoded in the client, because a screen quoting a figure the server would not collect is the class of bug the create-agent wizard already had. ``gross_paise`` is what the bank will actually be told to take: an export account with an LUT on file is charged the net figure, everyone else pays it plus GST. Null rather than guessed when the profile cannot be taxed, so the screen says "complete your billing details" instead of quoting a number that changes at the card form.
