Remove a number added by hand against the account's own carrier. Refuses on a number Decibyl bought (``carrier_number_id`` set), whatever its status. A live one is still rented at the carrier — deleting the row would orphan that rental with nothing left pointing at it, since this row is the only record we ever held the number. Use ``POST /managed-numbers/{id}/release`` instead, which actually gives the number back and closes the rental. A released one keeps its row on purpose too: it is the audit trail for a number that may still be on the customer's signage.
