About Decibyl

Decibyl is an intelligent agent that grows and evolves with you. It is one personal assistant for life and work. Talk in your language, give it a task, and let it help you follow through. It learns your preferences and, with your approval, gets better at your work over time.

Voice is one channel, not the product. You can talk to Decibyl or type to it, and when a job repeats or has to answer other people while you are away, it sets up an agent for it — one that answers the phone, replies on chat and WhatsApp, answers from your own documents, or runs every morning — with you able to see, confirm and correct every step.

What that looks like in practice:

  • Indian languages, properly — Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam, Marathi, Bengali, Gujarati and more, including people who switch language mid-sentence.
  • Your model, your keys — bring your own OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Sarvam, Deepgram or ElevenLabs keys, or use ours. Mix them: your LLM with our speech, or the reverse.
  • Every channel a job needs — the phone (Plivo, Twilio, Telnyx, Vonage, Cloudonix, or a managed number we configure for you), WhatsApp, web chat, email and webhooks.
  • You stay in the loop — a thread per agent, a board you and the agents share, and cards you confirm before anything reaches another person, with an undo window.
  • Built for assistants — an MCP server, so Claude Code or Codex can build and edit agents directly.

Running Decibyl in your own environment

For regulated teams and high-scale deployments, Decibyl can run inside your own cloud — your VPC, your database, your retention policy, your object storage. Speech recognition, the language model and speech synthesis are still calls to the providers you configure, so audio and transcripts reach them wherever the application runs; which providers, and in which region, is yours to choose. That is a commercial arrangement rather than a download; talk to us about it, and we will walk you through the architecture and what operating it involves.
